1. What size are the magnets?

Our Magnets are currently 2.5 x 2.5

 

2. Is there a minimum quantity order?

For our catalog magnets, there is no minimum order - you can order      just one. However, we have a minimum order of 10 custom magnets  we make to your brief.

 

3. Can I use my own photo or design?

Yes! All you need to do is email us the images to ----- and we’ll send you a confirmation image of the magnet. 

 

4. How long does production take?

Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days from the date you approve your design proof. 

 

5. Do you ship overseas?

We currently only ship within the UK.

 

6. Can I return or exchange custom magnets?

We do not accept returns of custom magnets unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please review your digital proof carefully before approval.
 

7. Are your magnets safe for children?

Yes, our fridge magnets are made with non-toxic materials. However, they are not intended as toys, so adult supervision is recommended for young children.

8. Can I use copyrighted images in my design?

We can only print original artwork or images you have the legal right to use. Please don’t upload copyrighted materials unless you own or have permission to use them.

 

 

9.  Are your magnets limited edition?

Some of our designs are part of limited edition runs, especially seasonal or artist-collaboration magnets. These are marked clearly on the product page — once they’re gone, they may not return

 

10. What are your magnets made of?

Our magnets are made from acrylic, mylar, metal and high-quality photo paper.
